These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by ATL Packers and Movers. By booking our services, the customer agrees to these terms and is advised to read them carefully before confirming any relocation.

ATL Packers and Movers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, storage, and vehicle relocation services. The exact services offered depend on the package selected at the time of booking. All bookings must be confirmed through a written message, call, email, or online form. A booking is considered valid only after confirmation from our team, and acceptance of any request is based on availability.

Service charges are determined by factors such as distance, labor, type of goods, packing materials required, floor level, and any additional services requested. Changes in inventory, route, or service requirements may lead to revised charges. Payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Customers must provide accurate information regarding their shifting needs, including inventory details, pickup and drop locations, and any special handling requirements. All access points, pathways, or lifts at both locations must be available and clear for the moving team.

We use high-quality packing materials to ensure the safe handling of goods. Customers must remove and personally handle valuables such as jewelry, cash, documents, and fragile items that need extra care, as these should not be included with general household goods. Transit insurance is optional but strongly recommended, and is handled directly by the insurance provider based on the declared value. ATL Packers and Movers is not responsible for damages not covered by insurance. Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with proper evidence and documentation.

We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, traffic issues, strikes, roadblocks, accidents, or mechanical failures. In such situations, every effort will be made to complete the service safely and within a reasonable timeframe. For vehicle transportation, timelines may vary depending on route conditions and carrier schedules. Customers must hand over vehicles in proper running condition and remove all personal belongings. Vehicles should have minimal fuel as instructed.

If storage services are required, goods will be placed in secure, clean, and monitored facilities. Storage charges apply according to duration and space required. Customers must not store hazardous, perishable, or illegal items. Payments may be required in advance or in parts depending on the service. Full payment must be completed before unloading at the destination. Any delay or failure to make payments may lead to delays in delivery.

Cancellations after booking confirmation may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may change the final charges. ATL Packers and Movers takes all precautions to protect your belongings, but we are not liable for damages caused by poor packing done by the customer, undisclosed fragile items, pre-existing damages, or restricted items. Liability is limited as per industry standards and insurance guidelines.

Customers must cooperate with the moving staff and ensure a safe working environment at all locations. Any form of misbehavior, threats, or unsafe conditions may result in service termination without refund. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law, and any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the local courts where the service commenced.
